I went to the Diefenbunker for the first time.
Heard alot of good things about this place.
Since “Doors Open” happens every year and its always been on the list every year.
It was a nice interesting historic place.
The guide was very nice, fun and informative.
It wasn’t those boring tour where the guide talks in a monotone robotic voice.
At least he was into giving us the facts about the place.
It did feel like a ghost town but inside a big underground building.
It was nice to see the CBC studio, cafeteria, Prime Minister and where people were going to sleep in.
It was stepping back into time if something serious as the war would happen this is where all the important would stay if an bomb attacked Canada.
I recommend people to check out this place if they can.
