Cross posted from here.
On March 24, 2016, the news came out that former CBC personality Jian Ghomeshi was found not guilty of sexual misconduct to his victims.
It caused a big uproar on how bad the criminal system didn’t help the victims.
With that a group of people called Looking Out Ottawa decided to do a last-minute rally, protest and march at the Ottawa courthouse.
People of all walks of life came out on Good Friday in solidarity to show their support.
Survivors told their stories of what had happened to them which was powerful and moving.
